This weeks record of the week is this rare version of the Annie Lennox pre-bare sampler CD that was issued by BMG in 2003 to remind radio stations and journalists of Annie’s solo career before Bare itself was released. the 9 track CD includes all of the singles Annie released as well as Love Song For A Vampire.
What makes this version more unusual is that it does not have the printed barcode that the standard version released pictured below has, and suggests maybe it was a pre-production run.
The CD carries the catalogue number of AL1 and can be purchased for between £10 and £20.
