As posted earlioer this week, to help with fundraising for Stand Up To Cancer, Dave Stewart has donated his rare vintage Gretsch guitar with original touring flight case from his days with Annie Lennox and the Eurythmics. The guitar was used famously in the Dont Ask Me Why Video below. You can bid here now on ebay for the guitar , but hurry there’s only 12 hours to go.
This guitar helped Annie and I write some beautiful tunes and had a front row seat to a lot some incredible performances. I am happy to know its most important legacy will be helping raise money for Stand Up To Cancer, a cause I deeply believe in.
