Record Of The Week : Eurythmics Beethoven on Cassette Single

So this week we bring you another Australian rarity, the first single take from the Eurythmics album Savage was beethoven, a brave choice which many felt was not the right choice for the first release, but accompanied with an incredible video of Annie as a frustrated housewife.  The single was the first Eurythmics single to be released as a CD, and in the UK a 7″ posterbag was also issued, along with a custom sleeved promo 12″.  The item featured today though is new to many collectors, and is a cassette single from Australia.  Australian cassette singles have been quite hard to find over the years, and I know many collectors still seek out the Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves cassette.
