On 4th May 2011 Annie Lennox was presented a Great Scot Award in recognition of her ongoing charity work including her continued commitment to the fight against HIV and AIDS. The Awards took place at Canary Wharf, London with the evening dedicated to recognizing and raising a glass to the remarkable contribution the Scots have made to the world we live in today.

Businessman and philanthropist Sir Tom Hunter was named as this year’sJohnnie Walker Blue Label Great Scot.
