One of my favourites to date from Dave Stewart, and the news back in June that he has been producing Stevie’s next album is very exciting. The track Secret Love released in January 2011 was Stevie Nick’s first original single single release for over 10 years and comes from the album In Your Dreams.
The music video was also directed by Dave Stewart, who produced the In Your Dreams album, and filmed in Nicks’ house and backyard. Nicks’ goddaughter Kelly appears in the video wearing a vintage dress that Nicks wore on stage in 1976. According to Nicks, Kelly portrays the young Stevie Nicks blending with the soul of Nicks’ 62-year-old self.
