Dave Stewart worked with Etta James on a track called Avenue D that was part of the Rooftops Soundtrack that Dave Stewart compiled, featuring many artists from The Revenge Band.
Etta James, whose assertive, earthy voice lit up such hits as “The Wallflower,” “Something’s Got a Hold on Me” and the wedding favorite “At Last,” died 2 years ago aged 73.
