As a teenager Dave Stewart was part of Longdancer a folk rock band formed in 1971 and signed to Elton John’s Rocket Record label. The band released two albums If It Was So Simple (1973) and Trailer for a Good Life (1974) but failed to make their presence felt. Stewart was a part of the band throughout the early seventies switching to progressive rock soon after going on to form The Catch.

The Ultimate Eurythmics website is very pleased to exclusively present to you the 2 albums which have been re-mastered directly from the vinyl recordings.  I hope you enjoy them!
